We all have them. Sometimes it's little annoyances. Sometimes it's life changing.

What do you do when you need to escape your worries or are feeling stressed?

I either go out for a walk to clear my head or stick on my meditation music and slowly the tension and stress just eases away x

Depends on what is available at the time. Run, listen to music, talk to a friend.

Long walks somewhere quiet with my phone turned off. I like to be unreachable/uncontactable.

I get outside and get some air. Work out the root cause of the stress and then make a plan to tackle it

Sometimes a distraction is good, go for a walk maybe.

Other times it’s better to face up to the fucker and just deal with it so it’s no longer an unknown worry

I've always been one for writing down my thoughts and feelings, I've done it since I was a teenager. It gives you a good release, getting that mess out of your head and on paper and things become more clear x

Secret hideaway in the pennines

For me writing poetry, sometimes it comes.out good and other time it's crap, but it's a great way to release what your head is thinking, or I bake bread, making the dough is a great way to de-stress as you can take a lot of frustration out on it

I get out by myself and go somewhere quiet for a run or walk. I don't do 'people' very well when I'm stressed out so take myself away so that I don't drag others down to my level.
