We all have them. Sometimes it's little annoyances. Sometimes it's life changing.
What do you do when you need to escape your worries or are feeling stressed? |

I've always been one for writing down my thoughts and feelings, I've done it since I was a teenager. It gives you a good release, getting that mess out of your head and on paper and things become more clear x |

For me writing poetry, sometimes it comes.out good and other time it's crap, but it's a great way to release what your head is thinking, or I bake bread, making the dough is a great way to de-stress as you can take a lot of frustration out on it |

I get out by myself and go somewhere quiet for a run or walk. I don't do 'people' very well when I'm stressed out so take myself away so that I don't drag others down to my level. |
