So my little angel is here all week, due to him working nearby. I bought a ready cooked whole chicken for tonights dinner. It was in the fridge in foil.
Ive just had a look and its still under the foil except it is now a completely bare carcuss. Think i will need a bank loan to feed him the rest of the week. You forget how much they eat once theyve left home ![](/icons/s/eek.gif) |

Strip whatever meat that is left, boil the carcass to make stock.
Add pasta and vegetables, and the chicken pieces to make a hearty broth.
Another meal sorted.

Full of wonderful ideas as usual. I think you should have a forum all to yourself for all your cooking tips and advice ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |
