Taking your own food into the cinema. Subway was right next door.. The look one the faces of everyone else who were obviously hungry.
(Also did this on a flight, took a subway on board to eat halfway through rather than buying food onboard). |

When people have a go at me because a friend has stopped (shock.horror) their car outside a neighbour's home to wait a few seconds/minutes for me to come out. And yes i have actually had people have a rant at me about it. |

Walking under shelter when you have an umbrella. Building overhangs are for us who can’t afford or can’t be arsed to carry an umbrella. It gives us a moment of respite from the rain, you selfish bastards |

"Hmm, I would say shitting on the floor in Aldi or Primark. "
Is it weird I'm only concerned about the fact that it was those stores you think it should be illegal in?
(And I'm pretty sure Jamie is right.....) |

Are we sure that’s not illegal? You know I’m a woo girl, definitely no boo girl and I don’t want to come across unsupportive but…."
*panics*
I wouldn't have done it if I knew it was illegal. |

"Overtaking a police car on the motorway."
Overtaking a police car and 6 other vehicles on an A road. Very slow driver at the front of the queue and on a motorbike. Textbook manoeuvre but still expected to see lights in my mirrors

"Overtaking a police car on the motorway.

Years ago my dad had a tumour and when we got the inevitable call I had a long ride to get to the hospital in time. Got pulled by an unmarked police car after following me for 10 miles at speeds well over 100mph. The officer was incredibly kind when he was told the situation and his advice was to keep below 85mph on the grounds no patrol driver would be interested. Obviously won't work with a camera and I'm not sure that saying 'a colleague of yours said it was OK' would be a reasonable excuse but I'm a lot less wary since and will happily pass patrol vehicles at 75.

Tbf, he was really nice. Even before he knew, his initial approach was friendly and polite and he even said that given the bike I was on and the circumstances my standard of riding was very good with the exception of my speed. Asked where I needed to get to and said if it had been local he would have given me an escort. Considering he had enough evidence for a 12 month ban as a minimum was pretty decent. |
