For the lady I guess it's the smell and possibly the size ..which reminds them of the way he makes them feel safe and cared for...
For the man it's a boost to the ego. In a 'she is seeking out my smell etc' and 'she is wearing my stuff which makes her mine' way.
I can't imagine a man would like to see his gf/wife wearing a DIFFERENT man's shirt in front of him.  |

Other than the obvious visual impact of they way that they hang for me it goes much deeper than that and it comes about ownership.
She has ‘claimed’ something of his and he feels pride that she has taken that step in actions not words. Far too often it’s men that do the ‘claiming’ and it’s hot af for me when women do it |
