Paris is very special indeed. Thanks mainly to Parisian woman. Met two very special women there over the years. Both spontaneous meets, one in a bar, the other on the Metro platform.
London is better though surely? |

"If by Paris you mean Singapore then yes. "
Isn’t Singapore a country?
Paris is awesome. I used to drive there for a day or 2 every year until this covid crap came along and ruined things |

I love Paris, the homogeneous architecture, the river Seine, the cute cafes and restaurants, all the nice pretty streets and feeling like you are in an open air museum all the time, the food and the atmosphere
And yes it stinks sometimes , yes the metro isn’t pretty, yes there are some rough parts. But I definitely left a piece of my heart in Paris
I also have amazing memories with work in Paris, and I took one of my partners there (and I’ll want to take my future special ones too). So yes, j’adore Pareeeeeeee |

"Was quite dirty and tatty the last time I was there.
Isnt that part of its charm"
Not in this case. It was the litter and street rubbish rather than the natural decay on an old city. |

I know what you mean, the rubbish was everywhere outside and around the area of the Eurostar station. The 6th arrondissement, Paris St Germain to you and me is far better and my favourite part of Paris. |
