Other than fab

What are the normal things in life that bring you joy and excitement.

For me it’s my daughter, and doing things together, she’s loving climbing

With me.

Long walks with my dog gully.

Travelling to new places, and meeting new people.

Meeting a certain someone that makes me happy

My children obviously (although 3yo is going through a stage of not listening, 4yo is just a whirlwind)

Walking brings me joy. Alot of joy. Especially when I'm alone and can think and breathe at my own pace. Just as well we're surrounded by beautiful fells, waters and lakes!

Lincolnshire

We enjoy our vanilla life just as much as our FAB life.

We are going to Scotland in a couple of weeks for a few days and just looking forward to spending quality time together.

C’s head on my chest is just perfect.

My son is a delight…he’s 7 and is always asking questions and telling me the new stuff he’s learnt in school. He loves his music too and always surprises me with knowing certain older songs.

Being around nature…a sunrise or sunset, a bird singing, a feeling of being small in the mountains and being humbled, the views, being away from civilisation…

K

Morning Tom,

At the moment just being quiet and thinking, when not at work. Happy being at home with dog and reading, while also plotting a few adventures.

I lead a pretty busy full in life so anything that takes me away from that and other people.

Basically anything physical and outdoors.

Mountains, hiking and running are firm favourites

Ssup Tom, much of what has already been said ticks my boxes too. As a bit of an off piste one, I'll add 'driving'. I spend a lot of time alone behind the wheel and love the 'freedom' (helped by an epic soundtrack all the way!)

Fresh bed clothes, the sun shining through the Autumn leaves. Handsome men in chunky jumpers that give good cuddles.

Picking up my 3 year old from nursery.

Once he sees me he gets a giant smile on his face, calls out "mummy" at the top of his voice and runs towards me for a hug. He then won't let me put him down.

It's just pure joy for both of us

Durham

One of the first things on a morning that makes me smile is the magnificent views and sunrises I can see when I open my bedroom curtains. We are on a remote hill top and I can see for miles and miles and miles. I love it.

Who doesn’t love quiet times, planking journeys is part of the adventure. And time with your dog is invaluable
