Our work has started doing monthly planners to help with mental health.
I thought today "ya know what, I'll have a look"
Day 1. Think of 3 things you're looking forward to this month.

I've had 4 bad days on the trot now, 3.5 I guess because Monday was so bad I finished up just after lunch  I'll be pleased to see the back of this week for sure. |
