For all you cervix owners out there. It's not a picture day (unless you want to) but instead make sure you book and attend your smear appointments 
I went for my first today and it wasn't as bad as I expected, although I will be cradling my last packet of codeine tonight  |

Also for those of us who aren't lucky enough to own a cervix, you can book an appointment to get the meat and two veg checked, also the troublesome organ up the back (especially if you're of the more mature age) |

Thank you. I've been mostly OK during the day but starting to feel it now. I have Endo though so I'm hoping the cramping doesn't get that bad! Couple of painkillers, a cuppa and a cuddle and I'll be fine  |
