I like bigger robust men.
Don't get me wrong I like the occasional gym king, but looks and body type aren't everything.
I tend to find the attitude of regular (dad bod of that's the phrase) guys more appealing.

"No beard and not hairy though"
its only facial hair that has me saying no body hair is fine as long as neatly trimmed belove..
i dont think of body types .. ive been with all shapes and size's its just down to attraction for me no attraction no meet ...
as for guys saying whats the difference between bbm to bbw you'll have to ask other men as its them who sexulize body size most women i know dont.... |

A slight tangent on the thread but I find this quite interesting, I've always been referred to as a big guy. I'm 6'1 and don't consider myself over weight, im certainly not gym fit and I would happily go back to my pre lockdown weight. So do I now class myself as a 'dad bod' |

The viking warrior look of big man, big belly and big beard definitely gets my vote
Highly polished gym bunnies not so much. Give me a hairy chest any time. |

I'm no gym bunny by any means but I do have a toned body. That's only because I'd I put on weight I get a gut and I can't be dealing with that. I'm 6ft 7in with a thick ginger beard. I think being confident with what you have and not stress over what you think others want is more beautiful than people up their own arse. Personal opinion of course x |

"Anyone here into the look ... See lots of adds for VWE guys and fit gym types. ..."
I'm a big broad guy and to be honest I never had a problem as a single guy on here.
Clearly Mrs Misfit likes it and we also met on here.
And as a couple me being a large guy doesn't seem to be a barrier.
Granted bigger people aren't everyone's cup of tea (we cant all like the same thing) but there's plenty of people who like a board larger guy. From experience nature and personality still reigns king.

As a larger bloke, it doesn’t bother me what someone’s preferences are.
Someone prefers a gym fit bloke, so?
Someone prefers a dad bod, again so?
Someone prefers a Viking look, yet again so what?
If I see an ad that says “gym fit, VWE only”, I move on. I don’t fit what they’re looking for so why worry? |

Well I’m 102kg around 16 stone , but around 5”11 I TRY and go to the gym 4/5 days a week but I enjoy the pub more lol. I’m wouldn’t consider myself as overweight (bad) but nowhere near gym fit , beard and covered head to toe in tattoos. I have found a lot of woman on here prefer clean shaven and gym fit guy. But to be fair when I’m out and about pub crawling I do get a bit of attention |

"Women have way higher standards than men but there a few of us who prefer chunky men like me "
So if you go for a bigger person its either that you have low standards or are one of a rare few who have standards but actually prefer a fuller figure? I hope all the larger ladies on here are suitably thankful that men have such low standards they'll fuck fat birds.
This place astounds me sometimes

Seems you are a little defensive about being larger, just because the first 2 women said they don't want men of your stature... Standards have nothing to do with what body type people choose over another... My standards are always the same, regardless of how many men I have to choose from too |

Men in general as in all men?
I must be in the minority then because I set my standards on here the same as I do in real life when looking for relationship
Unfortunately there are a lot of guys on here that do lower their standards to get their dick wet and thankfully I'm not one of them.

I'm more attracted to tall, broad shoulders, chunkier men... I like a man's man as it were?
Rather than a pretty boy who's over groomed and a muscle mary...
Tattoos, beard/stubble and hairy chest my legs generally buckle lol
However... If I'm getting all jiggy with someone, personality outweighs everything, and the above is not set in stone. |

I don’t really have the belly, but definitely the hairy chest, big beard and bald head.
I actually feel a whole lot more comfortable about the above since joining Fab ten years ago. It’s not for everyone, but it’s lovely to see it’s a look that is very much appreciated.
I wouldn’t swap any of the above attributes now, if I was given the chance . |

I think this is why it is important to get out and meet people
Fab and platforms like it allow the user an almost tick box approach to compatibility
Obviously, for some, a beard and/or a belly would be a 'no' from the get go
For others, I believe there is often a blurred area that surrounds their preferences
Seeing someone move, seeing someone interact, hearing their thoughts and conversation, giving them some human traits, can often be a driver to things progressing further than a brief exchange from behind the security of a phone or computer screen
Group socials and attending clubs can be useful tool
So many think the Fab IS swinging
It so much isn't |

I like big guys. Has to come with a bit of swagger though (I know men have insecurities too so it's easier said than done) but anyone carrying themselves with confidence and a cheeky smile is more likely to catch my eye. I genuinely don't care about a belly etc. |

I like a beard & I don't dislike a broad man, but I can't get on board with the big belly- I appreciate it's hypocritical as I'm a chunky woman but there are reasons; hygiene- alot of men with a big belly don't realise how smelly it can make everything below it & clean themselves accordingly ! It's also not nice going on an archaeological dig for a penis that's probably a third hidden in the bulge. Then there's the issue of either having a wide, heavy bloke on top of me, or trying to straddle him, which strains my hips! I also just don't find it attractive
Sorry if this offends anyone but those are my reasons!

I don't think you should apologise for personal preference. And it's not hypocritical, what a dull world if because your one group your restricted to this group or that group. And body shape and size does restrict certain positions or acts and more so when both bodies are particularly large. That's not being unfair, that's simple logistics. We are all here to fulfil our sexual desires, not to be made to feel ashamed of who we fancy or told our own body shape/size should exclude us from seeking people of a different shape/size. Although I think some may find the bluntness of your explanation and the picture you depict a bit offensive.

I can only speak from personal experience- if it makes some guys a little more aware of hygiene, for instance, it can only benefit them & their prospective meets!! As someone who had a big saggy tum removed through surgery after a massive weightloss, I can see it from both perspectives |

Everyone is entitled to their preference, it's just a shame you feel you have to justify your preference by use of humiliation towards bigger men. I hope any bigger men that read what you said we're able to not let that chip a little more away at their mental health, because I have first hand seen comments like this destroy a person's confidence, hope and progress. |

Like a few have already said I don't particularly have a body type attraction, it's more of an overall package.
Kind eyes, a nice smile and a bit of banter makes men attractive. However, I don't think anything can be decided about attraction before you've met someone face 2 face.
I've fancied a few celebs on looks and found out they're complete arrogant pricks in person, which is a complete turn off, no matter how handsome they are
