I guess it depends on your technique.

I like to use my lips often during a blowjob, pressing and rubbing the erect sausage against it and what not. And I imagine having bigger lips could be more beneficial if you're into it, more sensations.

But that doesn't necessarily mean your blowjob is better, because if you're shit at blowjobs it doesn't matter how big or small your lips are. Your blowjob is still going to be a load of shite.
