Well good morning all the delicious lot…..
So when you first wake up, what is your regime? Do you get straight on fab to enjoy while your morning glory wakes? Or do you need a coffee hit? Or is it straight to a workout to get the blood pumping?
What’s your stimulant? |

"Good morning all, check fab then coffee to ensure I’m able to focus and enjoy whilst having coffee "
You must need a big mug of coffee to get through all the mail? |

I'm cheating here cos I'm not an early riser.
I just happen to be awake.
My normal stimulant is panic that I might be late.
A good dose of old fashioned adrenalin |

First thing I do when I get out of bed is have a good ball scratch. I don’t know where happens with them during the night when I am asleep but they need a good shuffling in the morning so they can face the day. |

And didnt even include, crow bar offspring out of bed, continuous encouragement to get dressed, cinstant "we need to go" shouts, multiple "have you got everything" queries, and then the taxiing begins.
All before starting work |

I’ve been waking up at 5 every morning for about 3 months, god knows why!
My routine is usually; mourn lack of sleep, curse non existent deities, survey the rubble of my life, read the news, coffee. |

I recommend adding a good ball scratch to that routine. |

I’ll see if I can fit it in, it’s a busy schedule already though |

My routine goes a little like this...
Woken up by the shouting of a small child needing help on the toilet so I reluctantly slither out of bed to help.
I climb back into bed closely followed by the kids and try and persuade them to have another 5 minutes nap because mummy is tired and regretted her weekend choices of late nights when it was inevitable I was going to be woken up early.
Eventually I chase them out of bed and tell them to get dressed whilst I pluck up the courage to face the day. At this point I've probably had every cold foot/hand/arm jabbed into me which is what probably wakes me up.
So, have kids... Or don't.
Coffee is probably cheaper. |

Have to get straight to the bathroom to brush my teeth. After that, fill my water bottle and get on the treadmill for a few miles before going down to the kitchen for breakfast while perving on fab |

1 Go to the bathroom and brush my teeth.
2 Go to the kitchen for a glass of water.
3 Go back to bed and decide whether to go back to sleep or not.
4 Once I abandon my bed for good, morning stretches
5 Large mug of herbal tea |
