Pembrokeshire

Coffee,

made with semi skimmed milk

heated on top of the gas in a saucepan,

generous spoonful of Blue top Kenko granules in my favourite mug.

No sugar.

Farmhouse loaf slices, thinly sliced

generously spread with lurpak light/low salt

generously heaped with a big spoon full of low fat egg mayonaise on top

sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper and a tiny bit of sea salt

on my favourite plate.

I would rather it was bacon too lol

I'm having a super busy morning so my so bought me an egg roll.

They messed up my order and fried the eggs; which wouldn't have been so bad if the yolks weren't dried out.

I need another hour to my morning
