I do feel sorry for ladies . Seen 2 local updates recently one saying she had over 600 messages in 24 hours and another got over 300 in the same time period . No wonder you get pissed off as im sure most are from twats demanding sex or just crude and gross . |

If only there was a way for them to stop so many messages, like a filter system, but experts warn this is still some way off, till then those poor ladies will have to keep blocking and deleting. |

Actually only a small percentage of my messages are crude or demanding but sadly due to the amount it is impossible to respond.x |

I’m a very firm believer in the ‘bumble’ approach, where the woman has to like the guys profile first before they can start messaging. It would be a great option to have for people, so not a wink, but a ‘I like you’ button, and the option for users to only be contactable by people they have marked as ones they like. |

The unread message issue is the female version of a sky remote.
Look how popular I am and mines bigger than yours!
Anyone with hundreds of unread messages who make a point of advertising that fact needs those messages to keep their viewing figures up.
