"Last week I got Netflix but every time I try to watch a film it keeps losing the volume. My Internet is fine so don't really understand the problem. Any ideas on how to fix it? "

Check the sound settings on your TV, ours has a ‘smart volume’ setting which automatically limits the sound levels if what you are watching suddenly gets loud (like when the adverts come on). It doesn’t seem to work with some apps though. |
