Last week I got Netflix but every time I try to watch a film it keeps losing the volume. My Internet is fine so don't really understand the problem. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Ours does it regularly too. Ha e to pause, rewind 10 seconds and play and it goes back to normal. Weird

Go to Curry’s and explain the problem. Maybe a sound bar might help?

That happened to us a few times and all we did was sign out and sign back in again... Only happened on one tv for some reason, the rest were fine.

Check the sound settings on your TV, ours has a ‘smart volume’ setting which automatically limits the sound levels if what you are watching suddenly gets loud (like when the adverts come on). It doesn’t seem to work with some apps though.

Worthing

Op is it a new tv? I had a slight crackling sound every so often on mine. A software fix rolled out and all fine now.
