Urgh got pinged by NHS T&T yesterday advising me I've got to isolate for 10 days. Day 2 and I'm so bored already.

Any hotwives want to keep me company by chatting???? If so then please dm me.

"Are you not vaccinated then?"

I am but I only had my 2nd jab the day before I got pinged. You are only double jabbed 14 days after the 2nd jab

Yep, I was in close contact with a colleague who tested positive and track and trace contacted me via the 03000 number

ahhh well maybe if you can get a PCR test done and it comes back negative you should be allowed to be free again.

I have 4 and 3/4 days to go

If it's an actual PCR test rather than the lateral flow and it comes back negative then I'm pretty sure you are free again, but obviously check with the NHS first

So have you tested positive when doing lateral flow test?

Which is what I meant, if your PCR result comes back negative then you should not have to isolate any longer according to the nhs

"Didn’t think you had to do that anymore?"

We've been told this week at work, that if we're pinged by TT we have to self isolate, and work from home for 10 days

Yet we've all been vaccinated, and wear PPE all day for work.

They keep changing the goal post's

I wish I had a responsible employer like that

A lad in the warehouse tested positive and we were all asked to remove the app from our phones

Can they legitimately demand what app you have on your phone ?

My employer asked us to turn the App off whilst we were at work.

Nope, but it didn't stop the request and they made it perfectly clear that anyone taking time off to isolate wouldn't be paid save for ssp after qualifying days

Passed Beyond Reach

If you test positive via PCR test you can claim £500 isolation benefit. Trouble is too many people have been using being pinged as excuse to stay off work. Personally if you get pinged by the app you should do compulsory PCR test.
