"I hate Halloween.
I actually really can't cope with it. "
I can understand that for some people it is just too much.
I hope that you manage to avoid it enough to make you feel Ok xx |

Thank you.
I understand it's fun for many but I actually have a serious phobia of facepaint and don't like people in fancy dress clothing so I don't leave the house on Halloween. |

"Isn’t Halloween one day, or rather one night? When did that extend to a whole month??"
Hey, if they can milk Christmas for 3 months Halloween deserves the whole of Spooktober |

I am not a big fan. But thats because of my background and the fact we tend to treat this time as moment of remembering about the ones who passed away.. opportunity for families to gather at cemeteries, lay down flowers, light a candle and pay respect to those no longer with us.
Saying that I gave in about 2 years ago and went trick and treating with kiddos. I guess you can do both. |

Well that drives me a bit mad too to be honest, a week before and after is plenty for Xmas. |

As long as the supermarkets are selling Christmas sandwiches then I'll cope with the months of build up. |

Happy Hallowtober everyone!
I absolutely love it, unashamedly and with joy. Coming from a dual religious background, Halloween was the one celebration that didn't have a religion and the rites associated with it. I love the decorations, the food and flavours. I've even got Halloween tights this year which is amazing! Can't wait to wear them. And now I can officially light my suitably spooky candle and curl up with a good horror without feeling premature. |

"It's 1st of October, it's no longer too early!
The season of the witch, ghosts, ghouls and general nonsense!
Do you love it or hate it? "
Another money making day for many. Would much rather see the money spent go to charity. |

"Ooo Yarr, I love it, dressing up, scaryness, food, films, decorations and parties.
It's a horny time too.
Halloween orgies are my favourite.
" Even Michael Myers? Well does enjoy choking the kinky devil. hahahaha |

"Halloween is our absolute favourite time of year. Can’t wait to decorate the house!! "
Me too
I’ve gone bigger and better every year since the kids were old enough to appreciate it. This year I have a great idea for a witch on our front garden |

Photo please and thank you associates. Your floating candles of previous year have inspired me to do floating witch hats this year, I've got the big clean today and then I'm going to start smuggling stuff out. |

I adore it, loved it even more last year as I did lots and lots of sexy outfits….sadly as that was a part time furlough job and now back to actual work won’t be dressing up as much
Still started on the horror films last night! |

Love it! Could leave the trick or treating but the kids enjoy that so we do it. I prefer parties, the films, the decorations, the nights drawing in, the smells and colours. |

As always we’ll trade pictures, I too am thinking of floating witch hats to go with my candles again. It’s absolutely normal to be so excited isn’t it |

Henriette? Is that you?
Yes it is normal to be so excited! I can't wait to see your spooktacular displays of joy, they are brilliantly done - witch hats and candles? Perfection.

It is I.
Catching up on yesterday’s last leg edition before work
I can’t wait to see yours too, I’m relying on my handy hubby to make me some large stands for my outdoor witches, he’d better perform |
