Been out in fancy places today and been madame’d all day which made me left wanting to say:
Excuse you, who are you madaming? Can’t you still I am still a tight 18 yrs young lady in the making here?
Literally, Madame makes me feel ancient … we got ladies which is a bit better as makes me feel kinda rich but why can’t you just say girls
What are terms or things that people say that make u feel old? |

I was having a conversation in a kik group and the topic of some of the women enjoying sitting back watching well built young guys working outside in the summer, and I said, ‘having a Diet Coke break huh?’ And not one of them knew what I was talking about. I was thinking, seriously it can’t have been that long ago!! Apparently it was. |

I'll have the one on the very back row that faces down the aisle. Just dont brake sharply or I'll be in the cockpit. |

When my grandson asks me what I did during ww2.
When I replied that I hid under the kitchen table with my mother when the German bombers flew over he was quite disappointed, after all I was only 1 year old at the time. |

I get called Dad in work by a guy I trained, one day instead of calling my name he shouted Dad and it has stuck ever since.
It doesn't help his own Dad is younger than me and I'm one of the oldest people in the department I work in, when I started there 6 years ago I was one of the youngest |

Well that's what happens when you enter your 30s kylie
Sir I get at work so that just feels like work. But still find it jarring when people call me a 'man', like, this man (me) was first. I'm like which man, oh me, I still feel like a young whipper snapper. |

Growing up, we got told about how wild the 90s were. Y’all weren’t ready for the 2020s. My siblings and kids depending when I have them will have wild stories to tell. |

"Someone who is one year younger than me asking do I like younger cock
Ohhh and being called a lady do I look like a lady "
People with some backgrounds just do that naturally, I’d beg ya don’t take too much offense to it. It’s just programming to be polite, usually with negative reinforcement in the memory. |

I was speaking, late this afternoon, to a young woman of 18 who had absolutely no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned some of the more important events in Ireland over the last 25 years.
Boy, did I feel old! |

Was she from this country? In the international community, we learn a surprisingly small amount about Ireland and their conflicts with England. |

I'm at uni and many of the students who don't know me are incredibly polite and helpful, assuming that I'm a senior member of staff. A friend there used the M word to describe me - mature - though I've not always behaved that way in class. The M word meant pensioner that day, to me. |
