Just seen some old friends from school days and although we have not seen each other for several years, in some case more thana decade... it feels as if it were yesterday.
What makes some friendships soooo special? |

First times together... queuing up to get into a club for the first time when your parents think you are elsewhere; smoking behind the gym block; being pregnant at the same time; sharing a bed after the party... |

A true friend is not someone who steps over you when you are on the floor or someone that tries to lift you to your feet. A true friend is someone who comes down to your level to keep you company until you are ready to stand.
A true friend says what they think/feel but do not judge, are the strongest of the strong but also more gentle than a butterflies wings. Someone who can always make that bit of time when really there is none. Someone who has seen you at your worst, but really only ever talks about you at your best. I love my family and am very grateful of my friends.  |

My friends are mainly from school and hockey. I have developed some very strong friends who will pick me up dust me down and send me on my way again.
Have lots of good memories, and always have a laugh when we get together. |
