Probably a mojito, but ideally with prosecco instead of soda, but if I’m going out for dinner then start with an aperol spritz and then wine. Maybe a limoncello afterwards.
Rather partial to a vodka lime and lemon.
If Mr and I are out for a romantic night it would be a bottle or 2 of red.
If I'm out with the girls, vodka, gin, wine, sambuca, tequila, cocktails.....and so on.
