Stop reading the news. Stick to happy stories/ Tweets/ threads.
Jump in puddles, stomp through piles of leaves. Who gives a shit what people think, they may even have a smile as they watch you. |

At times I feel that way too. I generally switch off my phone (because I cannot be trusted not to keep looking at the news) and I watch a movie or read a book. Sometimes it might take a day or two to pep back up.
Atm I'm not looking at the news. I'm in good spirits and I don't want to bum myself out |

I do the same with here at times as well. It's important to not let my internal negative voices gain momentum.
Typing on the forums can be an exercise in humility.
Sending messages can be even more brutal on confidence |

I feel the same way every now and then, I start thinking back to happier days particularly my childhood. I find by putting an upbeat playlist and doing something like reading about a subject I enjoy or just doing something as simple as doodling on a piece of paper takes my mind away and then it soon passes |
