Mr used to use it for pain. My use of the past tense should tell you all you need to know about it's effectiveness on his case. It did work a little at first though

I have tried the capsules, liquid, balm. Only the balm from Tesco helped minimally. Bought recommended top brands.

Acupuncture works every time.

I take it. Usually if I’m feeling a bit stressed I’ll have a few drops. It doesn’t do much, just makes it easier to relax.

I use it to reduce the pain from my ailing knee joints, I have noticed a small improvement but not what I expected, will continue to use it for a few more weeks and review the situation then.

Legal CBD products in the UK won't do much because their potency is simply too low, so it's no surprise to hear many people saying they've found little-to-no benefit from them.

Well they work for me… and I’d not go anywhere to get them that isn’t strictly regulated personally

Oils aren't nearly as strong or fast-acting because they lose the benefits of the entourage effect that you get from tea flowers, but really you have to be treating something specific with CBD otherwise all it'll do is make you feel slightly more relaxed.

Not true. You can get potent CBD products in the U.K., even boots has high potency products.

And if you go less mainstream than that you can find full spectrum CBD online

I heard this earlier in the week on BBC news where they were talking about Medical grade CBD and how the retail version is not the same in any shape or form ( you wouldn’t be able to buy it otherwise)

I absolutely guarantee you what Boots describe as high potency is not even close and the key word in there was 'legal'. I will acknowledge that everyone is different though and there will be people who feel a greater effect from the small doses you find in legal CBD products in the UK, but it's not enough to treat anything serious like moderate-to-high levels of pain, bad cases of insomnia, ADHD, PTSD and various other conditions people use CBD for in parts of the world where genuinely high potency products are legal.

It's not even remotely close and I can vouch from personal experience as well as years of research into it from reading peer-reviewed studies, watching Ted talks with experts on medicinal ca*****s, watching various documentaries on the topic, reading anecdotal evidence in online forums such as Re***t from users on there. There is a wealth of information about it available. It does work, but the dose, potency, type of delivery, strain etc. all need to be right for the individual and their individual needs, same as any other treatment.

I tried CBD with no effect. I got a private prescription for cannabis oil that is THC:10 and CBD:15 ratio and that has helped me a lot.

It’s for chronic pain, but specifically at night to help me sleep through the pain. Other painkillers I take in the daytime are every 4 hours but max 4 doses per day, leaving a window at night without pain relief.
