Bit tipsy tonight. Been on it all day. Friend asked if I'd do sober for October with her and I reluctantly accepted. Gonna give it a good go. Might need some help.
Anyone else doing it, would love some support as I know it'll be hard for me to stay off the evil drink. X |

Don't need drink to have a good time! People don't realise how much it can affect your health. Some people can't handle it and are vile. Your liver will thank you for it lol well done and good luck  |

I did once . Then found that November , made up for October  . Now retired . Limit my drinking to either Friday Saturday and Sunday night . Mostly Friday and Saturday night. Unless go out another night. Which have not done since before covid . |

That works with December too just saying ..."
Good job too, cos I can never remember if I did the thing, whatever it was in November so best just have a drinkypoo or 120 in December too probably |
