We are "only" £75.87 in credit, so we are in front and they actually owe us that amount with another monthly payment due soon .... fine.
But apparently, we need to pay them a one off payment of £142.32 AND increase our monthly direct debit by £50 per month to keep us even further ahead.
Like yeah.... of course we will
frankly, we would be happier with gas/electric bills like in the past, where they send you a bill for what you have used and then you pay that amount. |

Yeh pay it when it`s due is better, I even wait till red letter day I know then, they aren`t taking advantage of me.
One company tried to land someone else`s bill on mine. I soon put a stop to that. |
