Talk to her. Just talk to her Busman which means having a two way conversation involving listening to her.
I'm used to you making jokey threads so I'm not sure if you're serious here but I'm guessing you are.
Does she mean you don't listen on a day to day basis or have you missed an important conversation where she's expressed something important to her that you've ignored?

It’s maybe a little stereotypical, but in general, if you tell a woman a problem, she will listen and empathise with you. If you tell a man, he will either tell you how to fix the problem, or go and try to fix it himself.
Maybe your wife wants you to just listen, just empathise, not tell her how to fix things |

You might want to think about this too
Your wife tells you she'd upset because you're not listening to her. Your reaction is to ask people who don't know her, on the internet, how to fix the problem. You literally aren't listening to your wife when she's saying you're not listening... you're listening to strangers instead.
