"Go you and you made it back too
I've been to the park. I almost flashed some strangers. Bad bad idea "
Only just!
I had to get me a little step again because when I use one of the machines for my arms my feet dangle and dont touch the floor. |

"Gyms are good. I went for a run over the Malverns before doing one of the hardest things in my life.
A good bit of exercise really sets you up for the day."
It does always lift my mood actually. |

"Well done you!
Are you seeing results now? Xx"
Not yet and I think that is unacceptable because I have been going twice a week for 6 weeks and I'm not thin yet!
On a serious note I'm going more to feel better about myself and be physically fitter but yes I would say I'm slowly getting there. You are a huge inspiration to me. X |

It's not all about being thin though, lovely! It's about being happy and strong and healthy (which it sounds like you are becoming) and anyway I think you look fantastic as you are
And thank you so much, that's very sweet to say I don't think I could have been an inspiration to anyone over the summer haha but slowly getting back on it... We will both get there together |

"Physical health can have such a massive bearing on mental health …
Good on you OP"
There is actually quite a lot of evidence that suggests regular physical exercise can be as effective as taking anti depression medicine.
Just want to clarify not having a pop at medication in the slightest but I find it very interesting the amount of research being done and evidence showing the beneficial effects of physical exercise on mental health issues but I'm not suggesting it's easy or appropriate for everyone. |

This is why I usually go past midnight
Apart from the once a week when I'm there at the busiest time but have my PT with me - it's like having a human shield |

And it can become addictive. The hard part is breaking it into your routine. Also don't push to fast to soon. You don't want an injury spoiling your you time.
3 years into running I'm over 6.5 stone lighter and now running championship races.... From small acorns. |

Well done !!
I've been going for a few weeks and missed a couple of sessions last week as I'd got covid symptoms (wasn't covid), but I found I missed it! That really freaked me out, as I'd never understood people enjoying exercise until then. |

That's good. In the spirit of telling everybody what we are doing we are skipping the gym this week in exchange for a beach, sun, sea, lots of food, a bit of alcohol and yes a lot of the other s that goes with sun & sea |
