I wake up early these days. The world is so quiet and serene. Don't get annoyed. Make the most of it. |

Insomnia is my weakness and very annoying especially when you are shattered. But motivation for some kind of exercises helps at times but also produces more energy are mild medicine that can be bought over the counter this can help (nytol) to regain sleep pattern. |

Insomnia is part of my life, but that's because I'm also my mums carer who has vascular dementia and athrites in both knees leaving her virtually wheelchair bound. When she gets anxious in the night, I respond straight away then can't sleep. So if you see me on here at stupid o'clock in the morning that's why, so do say hello. |

"So who else struggles sleeping then spends most of night browsing on here?"
Yeah hate it
Always feeling rough during the day because of it!
Bought a new mattress hoping it'll help......
Would love a normal sleeping pattern back .... |
