Is anyone else currently at hospital? The awful visiting situations at the moment makes this even more unbareable! Good bless the caring nurses

Hope it goes well.
I was in for an op earlier in the year. Couldn't have anyone there or for when I woke up which was hard. Had to ask for help every time I went to the toilet, bed bath and all - fantastic!
I remember coming round from the anesthetic and gesturing for the nurse to hold my hand. He was stuck with me for at least 30 minutes! |

So sorry to hear this, tbh I’ve been I hospital loads of times with less visitors than others (not during Covid) just take the time to catch up on sleep, as they will wake you up at 6.30 then you’ll not see anyone else til 8am!

Ouch do wish you well I crashed on motorcycle when twenty eight eight months in hospital recovering broken leg broken arm broken ribs crash helmet went in to jaw so broken jaw smashed teeth wish you a speedy recovery  |

Hope you have a swift recovery
I (Mark) had a quadruple bypass last summer, no visitors and nurses wearing what were basically decontamination suits and respirators in a very hot summer. They were incredibly dedicated |

I was in last year - far and away the hardest part was not being able to see my Small. Mind you, worrying about her kind of nearly took my mind off the useless quacks I had that couldn't make their mind up as to what was wrong. One guy was telling me it was one thing and as I shook my head and told him where my pain was and had always been (for months at that point) shook his head and said "I don't know what that is then- you can go home". Even the nurses apologised for him
