So with 1001 profiles of all shapes and sizes, what, in your opinions, are good opening messages?
Do you expect
Quick intro, who I am and where etc
War and peace and go into detail
Short and sweet with what I will do to you! Lol
Or something else? |

The main thing is to actually have something to say. It's most likely to be bouncing off something from a forum post or from our profile. We only want to meet people we can have a conversation with so somebody needs to show they have something to talk about in an opening message. Too many don't appear to have anything to say. "Hi" or things like that don't show any conversation skills.
Also, a nice simple one, say hello and use our names. It seems so obvious to me but hardly anybody starts with a greeting or our names. I feel that if somebody decides to tell us they want to have sex with us, it's not too much to start with "Hello, Luke and Hannah". |

Now that is a trade secret, and you need to be a payed up member of the trade secret union to get access to that paticular trade secret and it is obvious that you are not a payed up member of the trade secret union, because the information you seek is in the trade secret membership pack that arrives when you apply to become a member of the trade secret branch of fab swingers.

To be fair I dont remember the first messages of the ones I meet. So it clearly doesn't need to be a mind blowing message. Otherwise how could I forget it.
I go look at the profile and pics. And it's that that will have me respond rather than the actual message most of the time.
Short bios do nothing for me I love the long ones that tell me about the person.
So there's no perfect message or one set thing. Though I love a bit of humour if anything. |

For me it's a combination, the message could be absolute shit. But their profile/pictures/status recovers it.
Normally it's the status that's turns me off completely |

What should be universally recognised is that there is no one size fits all message. What one person will like the next will hate.
If messages are relevant, and interesting, backed up with some effort into the message and profile then they will generally get a response.

2 things,if your messaging someone in the forums then you have an ice breaker because of the topic,if your messaging someone who you have searched then read profile carefully and just write a simple message about why your messaging them |

No one liners or just one word!
Have a decent profile and pics (no action shots and dick pics)
