Don’t take it personally pal, this site is renowned for being incredibly difficult for single guys.
Have you tried some of the more traditional dating apps?
I hear that tinder is a much easier platform for singles.

I don't think you should rely on this site alone. There are so many ways to meet people now we're pretty much back to normal again.
I get messages from guys who are lovely, but if they don't fit what I'm looking for, I just don't reply. It's not a slight on them. |

One thing I've learned is that confidence needs to a certain extent to be protected. So if I'm doing something or am around certain people who challenge my self esteem and confidence I move away from the situation if possible or try and change the way I perceive it. I'm not suggesting you leave fab but maybe step back for a bit. Good luck  |

If it’s not working then do something about it.
I can’t give you direct profile as you’ve not asked for it but your pics need to be appealing (cock pics and action shots divide people, so you’ll lose quite a lot if you display them).
People love confidence…it’s sexy. It can be an aphrodisiac someone sounding and looking confident (but not cocky).
Good profile bio explaining more about you, what you can offer, what you want is also important.
There’s thousands of guys on here - you’ve got to sell yourself and find a unique selling point.
You’ve got to stand out otherwise you’ll get nowhere and it’ll drag you down.

I made friends first then take it slowly and see what happens...im not the best looking or anything like that,but I now chat to 6 women(friends) that started on here and now we chat away from here....patience |

If you make this place the be all about sexual gratification or rely upon meets. It will mess with your head!
Add other apps to your portfolio as such - and get yourself out there on social meets or events. |

I agree with posts above. It will do if you allow it to… The site in my opinion is a tool don’t just rely on waiting for messages back. Get out there clubs and socials are on, if you want to meet people and build connections well that’s where others are  |

Use this site to find live events to go to— clubs and parties. Not so much for finding direct meets as a single man. Besides, people in the clubs are more genuine and real and about this life. Won’t be flakes. |

I think for a single man it is hard , I do get a few replies and chat to quite a few but also plenty that don’t reply and some that are just hard work getting a conversation going . I very rarely have anyone message me first though unless it’s a guy lol.
On the flip side you have to also appreciate that women do get tons of messages and just have to accept they probably won’t reply to all especially if it’s a weak message like hello how are you ? Don’t let it knock your confidence though |

People seek confidence boosts externally, because they are not self confident. Yea it’s a trap, but for many people here they have such low opinions of themselves they can’t see any other option. Often people have low opinions of themselves for valid reasons too , as a mentor I tell people it’s normal to feel bad when you let yourself down, don’t try to smooth it over , feel bad and commit to change! |

I actually find it works the other way.
Previous to fab, I had no confidence hated my body and wouldn't really feel able to talk to anyone when out.
From being here for a bit, that's all changed.
Most of that is due to the fabs and comments I get on photos, showing me that some people do find me attractive and from the lovely chats I've had in the forums.
Yes, I get overlooked a lot, but that's just how it goes and I'm not going to dwell on that, but focus on the good bits. |

It used to, not anymore once you see the calibre and understand the ethos of the site OP. You should say thank god some don't reply as it could've been worse if you met them hahaha my motto is there's a reason why we didn't meet so don't sweat it just move to the next. |

I only joined the site a few months ago, but I think a lot of people aren't meeting due to covid worries, which is fair enough.
