Just kind of realised, there’s more going on with our MPs than there is within the swinging / Fab world for Bi awareness.

Is it because Bi guys, Trans folks are still relative pariahs in the swinging world ?

It’s certainly not because it’s not an issue in the swinging world…

Just wondered if anyone else was similarly musing?

"What are the MP's doing?"

Talking about it. Tweeting about it. Doing events.

"What are the MP's doing?"

The usual lip service.

That’s both very cynical, but also untrue.

There are openly Bi MPs standing up to be counted.

They might be trampled underfoot by the UKIPTories, but they are there being visible, which is a change.

Unlike so many, many, many men on Fab!

There are lots of reasons why bi guys on fab hide or don’t stand up in the same way. It’s sad but I do understand to a point.

Personally I’m proud to be bisexual but it took a while for me to work through my issues surrounding it and shed societies stigmas that I held onto. It’s a hard thing to do and it was painful for me, so I understand why many don’t want to

Yep… I understand.

Lots of reasons is the Bi guy phobia of Fab and the swinging scene.

It’s on par with asking about when someone’s last STI check was.

I’ve been openly Bi since I realised, and fully abreast with its repercussions - be it real life, dating life, and swinging life… and being called an AIDS spreader etc is still prevalent 20 years later (yes, even on Fab).

*shrugs*
