I have never been propositioned whilst at work and I don't want to be either.
I think a proposition would completely catch me unawares. I would be in work mode and therefore wouldn't notice signals or cues and my response could quite possibly be stern and clearly unimpressed.

Did many many moons ago when I was working as a scaffolder.
Me and another guy just getting on with a job and a girl/young woman came along and started chatting. Within 5 minutes she asked us both if there were somewhere we could go. I was with someone at the time so declined, my work colleague though had no such qualms and escorted her around the back of the house. |
