Solihull and Brentwood

A few ladies at work, on the keto diet, don't. But I do.

Chocolate chip brioche from Aldi's, is my favourite.

"Do you still eat bread? "

Yes....dripping in beef or bacon fat on occasions.

I don't give a flying monkey about how healthy it is. Sometimes, you just need a taste bud orgasm and thats one of them for me.

near Coventry

Not really. I used to eat at least 2 slices a day. Now if I manage 2 a week, that's it. It's just so pointless.

Yes but only 100% wholemeal bread or maybe pumpkin seeded. I couldn't live without my 2 slices per day...

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

I eat white bread!

If I had trouble poohing then it's brown... But don't like it as it makes the roof of my mouth sore?

I have sandwhiches for dinner most days!!

So what? Will the bread police arrest me?

Been to a lovely bakery this Sat.. purchased one of the best sourdough breads I've consumed.. and it was multigrain too, my heaven.

Always loved bread. My Grandma used to bake some too. And made butter. Comfort is the word. It's more than food to me. It evokes wonderful memories. More than one.

abruzzo Italy (and UK)

Maybe a couple of times a week, I like eggs on toast for breakfast, but that’s probably the only time I eat it and always brown/wholemeal. I would happily eat lots more and have brioche and croissants etc but health and weight, urgh!

Nope.

About twice in 13 months. Nor any other carbs either.

Please don't attack me for it. I love bread, but it is a health choice.
