I stopped 4 weeks ago with all the help going, but over the last few days I have crept back on them again. I refuse to beat myself up about it any more. I will give up, I don't even enjoy them now. But old habits die very hard and it will be an ongoing process I think

You have to really really want to give up for yourself.
Tried soooo many times and just kept starting again.
Been smoking since i was 15.
Finally gave up 8 years ago after i split up with my ex.
Got rid of him,started a new life and got rid of the fags  |

I have given up before but gone back on em......
Ive had to move back in with the folks (who have both had cancer and are ex smokers) so I have lots of support..... |

"Those electronic cigs seem all the rage here and people we know who have them ,whilst have not given up, have reduced the number of real cigs dramatically. "
I'm thinking of trying those, so long as they aren't like those nicotine white plastic ones, they used to burn my throat  |

This is what I've done. I can happily report that while some brands of e-cig are wankybollocks, get the right one and it will certainly hammer the dreaded tabs.

This is what I've done. I can happily report that while some brands of e-cig are wankybollocks, get the right one and it will certainly hammer the dreaded tabs.

I bought some disposable ones before and they were great, but I've forgotten where I got them from..then I bought a rechargeable set and they were foul so any recommendations would be really useful ? |
