I’m having a ‘proper’ dinner with the kids but not Sunday dinner as such. I’ve bought a garlic and herb spatchcock chicken (cooks more quickly), herby roast potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables - with melt in the middle chocolate pudding for afters - and wine of course.
Today is my final hurrah - tomorrow I start my mission to tone up and lose weight. |

Had topside roast beef, Yorkshire pud,gravy, new potatoes, roast parsnips, cauliflower cheese, carrots and sprouts ...with horseradish sauce and it was delicious |

Was going to have a full Sunday but change at last minute,beef is ready just waiting for roast potatoes and parsnips in honey to be ready, will be having beef in sandwiches with optional horseradish and mucky dip |
