"I really like mashed avocado on toast with a poached egg on top.
As much as that sounds delicious
I have w chopped banana with Greek yogurt
Oats , honey, frozen berries on top "
This sounds lush too. If I go for sweet I love making myself a nice Greek yoghurt with all those things you mentioned…. Nom! X |

During the week, I either have a couple of wholemeal toast with a banana or bran flakes with banana
One of the days at weekend, I usually treat myself to either a sausage butty from Greggs or an egg & cheese mcmuffin
This morning I had a toasted teacake and a brew |

Healthy one - weetabix with just enough ice cold milk to soften them up (none left swimming in the bowl) with fresh fruit
Not so healthy - smoked bacon, sausage, egg (yolk must be runny), hash brown, beans and toast |

I’ve been on healthy breakfast for far too long to remember, if I wasn’t controlling what was going in calorie wise though I’d be faceplanting a full English (yes including the sausage) so big I’d not eat for another 24 hours |

I like preparing a sort of mini buffet sometimes picking lots of favourite bits and mixing them.. savouring each bite and not rushing anywhere. The ingredients matter less than the atmosphere. |

Full English please, black pudding (or Haggis north of the border) as well. Shame it's a day's worth of calories in one sitting if you do it right!
Eggs Benedict as a healthier, more standard brekkie option. |

One day I’ll walk in with a BBQ-sized gang bang of sausages having warned the neighbours about the noise, lock the door behind us, turn off the lights, unplug the phone. It’d be YOU that would be breakfast then |

Scrambled eggs made with double cream and butter on spelt sourdough. Smoked salmon on top. Hash browns/rostis on the side and a couple of slices of halloumi. |
