How many cups of coffee or tea do you drink every morning to wake yourself up?
I need 2 one after the other, at least. Then I usually have another 1-2 usually after an hour or so (I tried to stick to one cup of coffee a day to reduce my caffeine daily intake - obviously failed)
and that’s me done for the day. I only drink coffee first thing in the morning and stick to green tea for the rest of the day

None really. I did go through a phase of needing sugary, milky yet strong tea but I weaned myself off that so can now survive a full day without any caffeine (apart from during Autumn when it's needed weekly). |

But.. but when you invited me in for a coffee that night, what did you mean if you don’t drink coffee? |

Strawberry milkshake but that's not as sexy as a coffee sadly. Can't believe I'm being called out like this Adam. |

I don't drink hot drinks at all. Most days, I will have a glass of milk with breakfast and that will do.

I have 2 coffees in the morning to get me going then I’m on tea from mid morning, probably have about 4/5 cups of tea in a day if I’m working from home. When I’m out and about I only drink coffee and I can get a bit bouncy if I have too much, so try to limit it a bit!! |

Only 1-2 mugs of coffee first thing with my breakfast. I don't have any caffeine after that, even the odd Pepsi I have is caffeine free.
I've been drinking coffee since my teens so I am relieved it never turned into an addiction. |

I don’t need any, I drink it purely for the love of coffee and to calm the beast. But a walk does that too
I’ve been out waking the dog in the first since 7:00 but I’ll be home shortly for a pot of coffee |

"I do caffeine pills because it’s quicker "
On this, if anyone struggles to get up in the morning, maybe for the gym or for a run, try this hack
200mg caffeine pill and a glass of water by your bed.
Set your alarm for 30 minutes beforeyou need to be up.
However you feel when it goes off, just roll over, take the caffeine pill, then go back to sleep.
You’ll be up and ready to go in 15 minutes or less |
