Have you ever felt the urge to grab the food out of someone's hand and eat it?

Asking for a (feathery) friend

Imagine being at the seaside on sunny day, you're hungry and you sit on a bench next to someone with a open bag of hot, golden chips......

Now tell me you're not feeling peckish.

Grab it, throw the raisins on his lap, run and don't look back!

I'm more Jonathan Livingston than a Southend chip snatcher.

I don't have to be at the seaside to get that "I want those chips" feeling.

I’m on a massive health kick, eating clean food.

Today I’ve had to endure my kids eating chocolate and sweets whilst we played crazy golf.

Then I bought a salmon salad and had pineapple whilst they ate burger and chips and ice-cream…

The force was strong even though I could have devoured every bit they left…

Chips from someone elses plate always taste good. I wonder why that is.

I often think of Mel Smith in Colin’s Sandwich where having a breakdown he dines in his favourite restaurant. Getting food envy he snatches a lobster from a fellow diner. I’ve had moments close to that.

There's a great video of a seagull who walks into a newsagent and comes out with a packet of crisps.

Also there are some great ones of them waiting to pounce on people walking past and grabbing the sausages or fish off their takeaway as they are eating it walking along the road.

Little bastards they are!

Yes one in Greggs in Lpool goes through the doors and helps itself to a bag of crisps
