When life get a to much I go to the beach Irespective of the weather, run on the beach (tide out) and sing, scream, shout and dance, if it's warm I paddle as well.
I find it very therapeutic and I always get fish and chips after.
Clears my head ready to face the challenges of life.
P.s OP, love ypur pics, so pretty x |

It's so lovely to be able to do it. The beach can be so many different places and actually so many different things depending on the weather, time of year, my mood.... blessed to have it so close really.
Thank you Chloe.... I have dress envy looking at yours! |

"Damn , just back from Bournemouth lol. Canford Cliff’s , Sandbanks area.
Did you scream at the waves?
Not scream , more cursing as nice weather. No one with me to enjoy. . "
I love alone time at the beach. Especially nice weather.

I have to travel 40 mins to get to the sea but I love it so much, it's my go to place, like you say it's difrent things depending on my mood and the weather but it always takes me away and has fascinated me all of my life.
Thank you for your kind words.
Gosh now I fancy fish and chips sitting on the wall watching the waves lap (or crash) on the beach.
Road trip !!

"I'm no where near to a beach
You can get anywhere in 10 minutes if you drive fast enough....
Nearest beach is about 90 to 100 miles away even Lewis Hamilton could do that in 10mins "
I didn't say it was legal or sensible.... |

"I'm going to the beach to scream all my frustration at the waves and the rain.
Anyone with me?
I would, but I’m too lazy to get up off the sofa!"
Outrageous! |

"I'm good today but go for it OP.
Or hurl pebbles in as hard and as far as you can
"
I sat in the rain in a pop up shelter and did some writing. It was cathartic. Then I did some screaming..... then more writing and more screaming.
There weren't really any pebbles |

I run up Breadon Hill in storms to do just this.....
When you get to the top. You lean into the wind, which supports you... And scream....
The most cathartic experience.
OP do it. Better out than in! |

It’s one of my fav places to go when I’m angry or really stressed especially in stormy weather!
Hope you’re ok.x |

I'd love to but I don't live close to the sea. I've taken to shouting f off once a day when I know the other flats are empty. All the tension leaves my body and it feels bloody great! x |
