As long as its gluten free I'm not fussy, love baking so I enjoy trying out new recipes. Can't beat a fresh cream Victoria sponge, carrot cake or devil's food cake!! Yummy |

The tiramisu cake I made last Christmas will always hold a special place in my heart...
Genoise sponge soaked in amaretto layered with salted caramel, chocolate ganache and a vanilla and mascarpone whipped cream... |

Any that is home made, preferably by me.
Shop bought are mostly full of cheap ingredients and preservatives.
My favourite is Passion Cake, which is a kind of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting |

A rich moist fruit cake iced and with marzipan.
The explosion of dense fruits on the tongue teams with the rich almond favouring of the marzipan topped of with the high of the icing.
Loved it ever since I was a small child.. Aunties Christmas cake back in 70s started my off.
I've had thoughts of trying out for the bake off. I don't think they would accept a dominatrix on the show.. |

"Christmas cake is my favourite, which reminds me it’s almost time to make it!"
I love Christmas Cake too and yep, nearly time to start it I have to try and make a gluten free one this year. Gluten free flour is a nightmare to work with |

Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake - heated until the fudge is just melting and the sponge is warm enough to just start melting the dollop of whipped double cream you have smattered on top.
With a scoop of white vanilla ice cream on the side.

Doves farm flour and baking powder is perfect, just as easy as any normal flour to work with, so good people don't even realise the cake is gf |

I second this. I often make brownies with doves farm as I think they're even nicer than regular ones and everyone is always surprised to find out they are GF. |

"Jaffa Cake....or is that a biscuit???
Don’t even go there
I've Googled it! So is it a biscuit type of cake or biscuit? Hahaha "
It’s not a biscuit. They should all be removed from the biscuit aisle and nuked. |

Ha ha. I knew if I threw that grenade in, all hell would break out. It's easier to solve the Israeli/Palestinian conflict than come to agreement on the categorisation of the Jaffa... |

"I've just made far too many cupcakes.... coffee, chocolate orange, lemon drizzle and biscoff.
Just saying.
Whatcha gonna do with them all?? "
Not sure yet. There isn't even enough space in my freezer for them all.... |
