Secret hideaway in the pennines |
This evening, I found out my ex is pregnant with her new partner, whom she took up with 10 days after us splitting, whilst I am happy for her and hope all goes well with the pregnancy, it feels like a nail through my heart as although we were trying for a baby she miscarried twice, just seems I am never meant to be a dad |

Sorry for you losses.
Try to be positive, be excited by the unknown and know that anything can happen. A lot can happen in such a short space of time. |

Sorry for your loss.
Don't look back, look forward to what you can grow, nurture and create going forward.
There's no rhyme nor reason for heartache and loss. Nothing anyone can say can possibly make this situation change pathways.
But hopefully one day, one day, you will get your heart's desires. Until then, keep trying and keep moving forward |

Sorry to hear AC.
It's hard to feel compersion at times like that. But try not to let the little voice in your head use the situation to beat you up though.
The little voice loves situations like that to berate and belittle us. But that voice is usually mistaken. |
