My brain is banging at a thousand miles an hour over this and that. Who else is sleepless and restless? What helps to calm you down? What would you count other than sheep if you had your way? Would the sound of waves be a lullaby? Where would you like to sleep? On a tropical beach? In a marble palace? On silken sheets in a harem? On a mountain with wolves howling? How and where will you pass the night in your imagination? |

My tips to a good sleep
1. Wine
2. Candle light
3. Relaxed playlist on Spotify.
3. “Descreen” at least 1hr before beddy byes
I sleep 7 hours wake up refreshed and then get poleaxes by my work email but I have the magical hour to look forward to come evening |
