I did a Dr Jeckel and Mr Hyde a few years ago. Half of me was one and half the other. I grew a beard and shaved half off. I then put old age makeup on one side.
You could do something similar with half one gender and half the other. X |

Not a Halloween setting, but my little girl had a Monster High birthday party when she was younger, all the adults dressed up as characters from it too, as it has all the monsters, but they’re not scary.
We also dressed as Beetlejuice characters one Halloween. Myself and my girls.
