Keeping in touch.....

Just found out a lad I used to work died yesterday. Don't know why but I had an urge to call him, but got waylaid at work and I didn't.

Not looking for sympathy, this is just a little reminder.....if you're thinking about someone, just drop them a message, or make a call. You never know what's going to happen.

I'm very sorry for your loss.

I do try to keep up to date with my friends. The moment I have a random thought about them, I'll send them a message.

You are right. You've no idea what your friends may be going through, but you've your own life to live first and foremost. It's impossible to keep track of everyone and their health matters.

Sorry for your loss I think most of us could be better friends if we truly thought about it. I know I can do more and I’ll touch base with some folks tomorrow

True - I buried a friend of many many years today but I hadn’t seen him in the last 5yrs and really regret that now. F***book enables us to keep in touch but it isn’t the same as social face-to-face contact - I regret that now.

We all get caught up in stuff. Time goes so fast. Before you know it someone's gone. I know that feeling OP.
