i saw one in newqauy steve wright was on he was the best dj on radio 1 who was your best dj ???

I saw Noel Edmonds, Cheggars and Maggie Philbin at Calshot in 1980.

Was wonderful but Cheggars was best.

Zane Lowe was desperate to be half as good as John Peel- he failed miserably as peel was head and shoulders above everyone else in the way popular and left field music was shaped for the best part of 40 years. I can’t think of another R1 DJ with such universal and wide reaching respect, Annie Nightingale and possibly Pete Tong being the closest
