I've put on a little extra weight over the last year or so,
how many others have packed on a few extra pound over covid time?
And how many like the dad bod ? |

I gained a few pounds too and so joined a gym, been going a couple of months, keeping to self discipline and can already see a good change in me.
Still have some weight to burn but my fitness has improved and I've dropped some weight.
If you want change, you have to be willing to change, as the saying goes. |

I’ve always been a big guy but I definitely put on weight during lockdown. Not ashamed to admit that my mental health took a nosedive and I took refuge in junk food and snacks. Am slowly trying to recover and lose some of the extra weight now, but I’ll always have a chunky dad bod  |

No I'm not pushing my belly out in the latest photo, i rearranged my photos in July to not have the cock pics at the front, bet the other are how I looked when I joined. |

I put on 2 stone during lockdown o.O and that was in less than a year  I've lost a stone and a half of that now but I still have to work on the 3 stone I gained in pregnancy that I never managed to shift.
I do love a dad bod. And I'd never judge anyone for weight gain. You'll work it off in your own time if you're able to. |

Good luck! It's hard work but the results are worth it. A good balanced diet and exercise you enjoy will definitely help you on your way. I think I might try swimming next year.

I've sadly always had a few extra lbs.
However I'm so much more than my weight or dress size.
I think you can never be everyone's cup of tea. And for me that's fine. I'm aiming to be someone's favourite single malt |

I lost two stone just before lockdown... Slowly put it back on with no gym or football. Then I got i covid; I couldn't walk let alone run. My lack of taste just made me crave more food. I've probably seen a three stone curve since then, but fighting back...
We are who we are; personally I'll take a laugh over looks, but the fab world often seems to be a little shallow |

For me it's confidence that counts.
Which isn't always easy if you're not feeling that way.

Put on a Stone over Lockdown but as I was still working I managed to keep more off but was up to 16st.. but after a Diet change (Medical Reasons) I've lost nearly 3st and am now pretty average with a small dad-bod roll left |

A stone down now recently but put on a lot during covid and being diagnosed with a cancerous tumour..but now running calorie counting and just feeling healthy again 14 & half stone but wanting to get down to 13 & half .. |

Lost a few stone over lockdown with all the running I did. But I ate a buck tonne of crap too. Blimey if I haddent I would probably look sick right now.
