I read a lot, only fiction, but a variety of styles although admittedly almost exclusively female authors for some reason, I’m on about book 43 this year so far, my top three this year would be-
The song of Achilles by Madeleine Miller
The rose code by Kate Quinn
The four winds by Kristin Hannah |

"The Belgariad series by David Eddings. Thinking on it, I've not re-read them for a few years "
Re read them that is my favourite thing to do, like say for example I haven’t read a certain book in awhile then I go back and re read them (I’m weird I know) |

I read little women in school and I just couldn’t get into it, I remember we had to watch the film as well and let’s just say I cannot read classics, but each to their own |

Favourite books are probably The Buddha of Suburbia, The Secret History and The Line of Beauty (sorry, couldn't pick one!).
Don't often re-read books so not sure I have a "go to" but for easy reading, nostalgia value and just pure affection would have to be a Nick Hornby (Fever Pitch - I'm a gooner, or High Fidelity) or Any Human Heart by William Boyd. |

The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan.
I started in early 90's.
Have all the series now in first edition hardbacks. My go to book being the first of the series. Must have read it 7 times by now. |
