Hormonal levels check

Does anyone here keep their hormonal levels monitored?

And do you feel like low or high levels really affect you? If so, how?

I’ve got my results back today and I’ve got 0.35ng/L (so 0 on Testosterone) and 455pg/L on estradiol which is on the high level for a woman.

Apart from hunger, and maybe a bit of weakness, I feel overall alright, I’ll have to speak to my doctor about T as I’m concerned keeping it at 0 is not good. And I know it’s okay to have some of it for women.

Does any woman on here feel any different when their T is high or too low? And what about guys?

Does anyone have estradiol levels high? How does it affect you? Or high T?

Couldn’t tell you what my levels are.

I know certain times of the month they are all over the place

Since being double jabbed. My period come and go as they please.

Bled for 10 days then stop. Nothing for the next month. Then bled for 5. Off for 8 then starts again.

I can't really help you because I only have about one hormone left being and old baggage. However if I were you I'd be asking about my testosterone levels because zero isn't right for a woman. High estrogen can cause problems too.

If I take a lot of T I can definitely feel the difference, especially if I don’t keep my estrogen in check

Lord of the bloat if I don’t.

Yeah I mean the range for a cis woman should be 15/70ng/L.

And I heard that towards 0 can cause problems for

Women including low libido and not being able to lose weight . I’ll ask tho I guess in my case having no testosterone helps feminising more but I’d love to see if i can bring it a bit higher in the 15-20 range hmmm

I think estradiol for a woman should be 200-350 .. tho it’s normal for pregnant women to be in the 700 range hmmm x

Oh really? Do you see more hair activity going on and do you feel ur sex drive more intense? X

I remember someone who was taking T telling me somehow too much T pushed his E up as well…

T converts to E so you’ve got to manage it and keep it under control.

I definitely feel better, more motivated, better sex drive, on more. But In my experience it’s diminishing returns. 500/week seems to be about the upper limit for me to see beneficial returns. I never really go above 150-180 now though

I have found that the hormone that has had the biggest impact on me aside from estrogen is the thyroid hormone. Just a tiny imbalance can be catastrophic over a period of time

Really? What does it do to you? Fatigued and bad mood or?

Overall I’m surprised as I read high estrogen can cause mood swings or depression while mentally

I never felt better x

Low levels can cause among other things, weight gain, depression, dry skin, exhaustion, hair loss, deafness etc etc. In bad cases if left untreated you slip into a coma. It's horrible if your levels aren't right
