Robert Webb had heart surgery last year.

I don't mind a bit of strictly, but 2+ hours! It was too much for me. Didn't they used to split the early weeks in two? Half Saturday, half Sunday? |

The first few weeks are longer, to allow everyone to dance. Sunday shows are the result shows. |

I loved this first proper show. I know who I want to win already - the sexiest tango ever!
AJ is not stage school trained and jived like she'd been doing it for years. Nadia and Judy both did much better than I expected. Greg was given a show piece to work with his skill set. Rose was great to watch. Robert, it turns out, is our comedy turn this year.
Craig is scoring very generously for a first show. Shirley is being harsher with some than others, and I could see why.

There's always a flabby middle when they get tired, and sometimes confused.
They have longer to learn the first dance but it was clear they all took it seriously.
It will be interesting to see which couples are in the dance off next week.

This was a fantastic show.
Johannes staring in the opening professional dance (see, there was one on a Saturday), to the sexiest Paso with John to close the show. If they keep this up they have to win.
Rose was gorgeous to watch - I cried too. She listens to his body.
Ugo looks fantastic in long hair.
AJ's shoulders are so square. Kai saying he loves her was so sweet.
I was a little worried about Aljaz being so breathless at the end.
It's a hard one to call this week. Dan didn't do well but he's really popular with the public. |

I absolutely loved it ALL! The opening professional dance was just so beautiful. Kai's smile is truly infectious. He's a great asset to the show and Johannes? Well, I adore him.
Judy bringing it on for the big girls. Amazing. John and AJ are my favs though. Poor Dan kinda cocked it up but I still believe he'll get there. Think Katie will be packing her bags however. |

I think the right person, Katie, left tonight. I like Tom Fletcher, I think he will be quite versatile in his dances.Loving Greg Wise, I think he has a lot of potential. The lovely Rose, her performance was so beautiful, looking forward to her future performances. I think they are all worthy of praise |

Les Dawson or was it jimmy Tarbuck had to pull out due to health concerns. Will Young pulled out due to mental health issues. Sadly it does happen, health is more important than strictly sadly. Two years after open heart surgery was brave anyway.
I say good luck and hope recovery is swift.
Tom has a lot to live up to, Harry won Giavana won celebrity. Lot of pressure.
