"Edam cheese was first created by two brothers, Adam and Ernst Van Leugen, it’s name being a combination of theirs."
Another fun fact; Edam is made backwards. |

Yes it can but it's not something done very often or widely accepted."
I saw it on a documentary, they couldn't get it to separate into curds and whey |
