A cheetah. I saw a programme where they filmed one running and it was ambling along at about 40mph but when it went flat out the whole thing was wondrous; it seemed to be effortless.
Or a tiger, because I like Frosties |

A fox
I get waaaay too excited if I see one and am actually disappointed that I haven't seen one in the two years I've lived here
I did, however, see a wild deer whilst walking the dog recently which had me rambling on at anybody that would listen for a week or so after

I've stroked a cheetah in South Africa it was a rescue animal. You have stroke only one way from head down its back. Their hair is nothing like fur, its bristly. When it runs a cheetah flattens this hair to make aerodynamic. The handler told me if I did it the wrong way it would have my hand off lol |

I’ve seen wolves in the wild while in Bosnia in the 90s I fell in love with them
Instantly. Same with bears. But I’ve always had a close connection with bears in my life. Probably seeing a family group of gorillas in the wild was my most memorable animal experience |

"A Neanderthal man or woman, our close relations.
Hope you’re just gonna be looking at them "
There's evidence that Homo sapiens interbred with Homo neanderthalis. If Leo found a lovely Neanderthal lady..... |

Any domestic cat. I have one been visiting on and off for 4 years. I don't feed her but she sleeps in garden if warm and is very friendly. Cats protection made owner aware after I called them. Cat was spending a long time here and even sleeping overnight outside. Cat does go home which is good to hear. |
